The firm was originally established by Carlos Lidsky in 1975 as a sole professional association. In early 1996, Charles Vaccaro became a partner in the firm and the firm became known as Lidsky & Vaccaro. In mid 1999 Juan C. Montes became a partner in the firm and the firm became known as Lidsky, Vaccaro & Montes. The firm continues to diversify its practice.
